Intr-o vreme in care Romania isi stabilea legaturile cu Uniunea Europeana si crea planuri pentru progres rapid, mare parte din agricultura tarii ramanea izolata de restul lumii si de comertul international. Intreaga energie a agriculturii este data de animalele de povara. Botiza este unul din multele sate romanesti unde fermierii lucreaza exclusiv cu ajutorul cailor, boilor si bivolilor. Viata acolo este grea pentru om si animal. Urmarind caii si oamenii la munca timp de un an, descoperim, incetul cu incetul, legatura inefabila dintre ei. Uniunea lor contureaza relatii dictate mai mult de gesturi si sunete, decat de cuvinte, in sat si in intreaga regiune. Mai devreme sau mai tarziu, mecanizarea si depopularea rurala vor sterge aceste vestigii ale timpurilor trecute, insa un licar de speranta mai exista inca.

She has written the original music of several films of Frédéric Gonseth (Humanitarian Citadel, etc.). She is also a director (Cheval mon ami) and codirector together with Frederic Gonseth of many films : Animal City, Léman-Mékong, etc. She has recorded several CD of Ukrainian music. Apart from her activities in the field of music or cinema, she is also a writer (Ukraine, mere secrete, 2005, Editions de l'Aire).
