Filmul urmareste în viata reala visul oricarui om al strazii: sa devina cândva celebru si sa scape definitiv de saracie, mizerie si umilinta. Ion Bârladeanu va deveni probabil unul dintre cei mai importanti artisti români contemporani, dar în mai 2008 era înca un anonim om al strazilor din Bucuresti.
