Director's Bio-Filmography:
Born in Hârlâu, Iasi (Ro) in 1950, Gheorghe Sfaiter graduated of the I.A.T.C. I.L.
Caragiale from Bucharest - The Faculty of Film and Television Camera Dpt. In 1989
he took part at the creation of the Independent TV Station from Timisoara, shooting
events from that period. Was invited as jury member in Documentary Film Festival
astoralismes et Grands Espaces,Grenoble, France;and as a film director in international
symposium Visual Roads for a itercultural dialog of University of Plovdiv and Critique &
Humanism Foundation, Sofia, Bulgaria. In 2001 and 2003, as a film director and lecturer
he presented in France his own films. From 2004, lectures as associated teacher at
the Faculty of Sociology at the Master Cours: The Documentary Film and also at the University of Arts.
