Call for entries

Pollution, mutilation of the nature by industrial giants, genetically modified food, non-biodegradable garbage that supresses the planet are issues that affect us all. 

Some of the materials condemned to become garbage can be recycled; old objects, little things of all kinds, parts and pieces can become interesting and useful things, or simply things that are a delight to our eyes.

The 12^th edition of the ASTRA FILM FESTIVAL takes place in Sibiu between the 15^th and the 21^st of October 2012. One of this years section is called EcoCinematogrAFF and brings into debate the actual preocupation about enviroment though matters and points of view expressed in documentaries from around the world. The festival takes place at the Culture House in Sibiu, whose foyer we intend to “recycle” precisely with objects created with recycled materials. The selected creations for the ReciclART exhibition will be exposed in the foyer throughout the entire period of the Astra Film Festival, from the 15^th to the 21^st of October 2012.
